Privacy policy effective as of 25 May 2018.

Leniva° respects your privacy. We are committed to ensuring that you know exactly what data we acquire about you and how you can protect your privacy. To ensure adequate protection of your data and to comply with the information obligations under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”), we have adopted and apply this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

Who is the controller of your personal data?

The administrator of your personal data, i.e. the entity that collects, stores and processes your personal data, is Leniva sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Złotej 75A Street, 7 Place, 00-819 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under the number 0000478251 (“Leniva“).

What personal data of yours do we process?

Personal data means any information about your person based on which your identity can be established or can be identified that relates specifically to you.

Your personal data processed by Leniva includes: names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and other contact details obtained in direct contact with us.

How did we obtain your personal data?

We received them from you directly, by telephone or in writing, including by email.

Is it mandatory to consent to the processing of your personal data?

Your consent to the processing of your personal data is completely voluntary, but is necessary for our cooperation on projects (including the acquisition of an offer).

All your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1) RODO.

With whom do we share your personal data?

We share your personal data with entities that provide services to us, such as entities that operate the IT systems that enable us to communicate with you, to the extent that this is necessary for the proper performance of such services. We may also provide your personal data to public authorities if we are obliged to do so by law.

Do we process your personal data by automated means?

Your personal data are not used by us for the purpose of making decisions based on automated data processing, in particular so-called profiling, which could affect your legal situation or have other similarly significant effects for you.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will retain your personal data until any withdrawal of your consent (opting out of receiving information), and after such withdrawal only for the period of the statute of limitations for any claims relating to the processing. In the case of your personal data needed for the performance of a contract or transaction concluded with you and the fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent upon us in connection with the conclusion and performance of such contract or transaction, such personal data will be retained until the performance of such contract or transaction and thereafter for as long as necessary for the purposes indicated above, in principle until the expiry of the period of limitation of claims arising from such contract or transaction, but not longer than 10 (ten) years.

Server data

To whom and when may we share the Server Data and Cookies Data used?

Security and processing of Server Data and Cookies Data

The processing entity (data controller) is Leniva sp. z o.o. We only process the data received by us in a legally authorised manner, in particular for the purpose of carrying out our statutory activities. We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, unlawful use or alteration of your data. We will store your data on our server protected by a firewall and anti-virus software. However, you should be aware that any data transfer over the Internet is by its nature not fully secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet.

Changes to the privacy policy

We may make changes and additions to this Privacy Policy as necessary by posting a new version on the Site.
