A flexible website for flexible offices

A flexible website for flexible offices

Or – how to dynamically and interactively showcase a world of possibilities.

Info ↘

Ace of Space is a network of flexible offices – “from desk to office” – part of Globalworth’s portfolio.

Our team was responsible for developing the brand strategy, naming, and branding for the project. We also designed and built the website. It’s not just a brand showcase, but a fully functional sales platform.

The Ace of Space website is more than just a modern layout and animations – it’s a comprehensive business tool that works for both brand image and sales.

We designed it to combine an engaging user experience with full content control on the client’s side.

Goal

Create a website that:

  • – instantly builds trust and a modern brand image
  • – clearly presents the offer and locations
  • – allows the client’s team to independently manage and expand content without developers

Animations and microinteractions that engage

From the first scroll, the user is immersed in smooth transitions, dynamic sections, and details that build a modern, professional image.
From video and animation to GSAP-based interactions and native Webflow features – the communication is lively, but never overwhelming.

Dynamic hero transitions, scrollable homepage sections, smoothly appearing team cards – all elements are designed to engage and retain the user’s attention.
Hover effects aren’t just “nice touches” – they guide, inform, and motivate clicks.
The interactive layer is enriched by extensive use of sliders and tabs.

Maps updated by the client – no code needed

All maps on the site – coverage and local branches – are fully editable via CMS. The client can add points, change descriptions, and assign services easily and without involving developers.

Forms that convert + a blog that educates

Intuitive contact forms make it easy to take the first step, and the blog – divided into two key areas – provides space to establish thought leadership.
It’s a content tool that boosts reach and builds trust.

Multilingual and fully editable

Thanks to multilingual support and a well-thought-out content structure, the site can grow alongside the business – regardless of market.
New services, locations, and languages can be added within hours.
Tailored market-specific content – right at your fingertips.

We made sure the client can manage content independently – from the FAQ and a collection of 55 services with icons, to the layout of location pages.
This saves time and budget, while giving full control. Changes in an instant.
